Of course the view is breathtaking, but the breakfast is scrumptious, the rooms very comfortable and the service extremely nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, one of the best of our trip. Tours could be organized easily and the dining room is open for the guests to bring their snacks in the evening.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is! It is so unique and luxurious - each room is different, but spacious and equipped with comfy beds, gorgeous bathrooms, and incredible views. The place is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the main parts of town. Natia was the star of our stay, helping to get us set up and checked in early after a long trip, providing laundry service, giving us tips for around town, and making sure we had a varied and very delicious breakfast each day to fuel us for our daily hikes around the beautiful Kazbegi. Would stay here over and over again - thanks so much for such a special experience for these first-time Georgia travelers!

В этом отеле у нас украли деньги прямо из номера. Мы остановились на одну ночь, вышли поужинать буквально на полтора часа, валюту оставили. В отеле, кроме администратора, никого не было, ключ мы взяли с собой. В итоге, крупная сумма в евро, сотня долларов и сто лари исчезли. Если вам вдруг вздумается остановиться в этом отеле, не оставляйте ни в коем случае деньги в номере.

Я выбрала этот отель для вечера и ночевки в горах, доплатила за вид из окна и предвкушала приятный ночлег. К сожалению, мои ожидания оправдались только частично. Отель построен недавно, все новенькое и чистенькое. Порадовали деревянные полы, большая удобная кровать, новая сантехника, хорошее белье, мягкий диван. Не хватило комфорта, важного для меня в поездке. Во-первых, в отеле нет ресторана и бара, и вообще никакой еды, завтрак нельзя получить даже за деньги. В номер заказать еду тоже нельзя (хотя реклама лежит). Можно только нагреть чайник в общественной зоне. Там же лежат пакетики чая, стоит банка с растворимым кофе, сахар и… заплесневелые кружочки лимона. Во-вторых, в номере ледяной пол. Никогда с таким не сталкивалась, но это оказалось очень неудобно. Находиться в номере можно, только положив ноги на банкетку (ура, она есть). Ну и холодно, конечно, от пола. Батареи не спасают. Теплое одеяло ночью - помогло. Еще под дверью в номере обнаружилась здоровая щель - благодаря ей в номере слышно все, что происходит возле ресепшен. К счастью, постояльцев было немного. Но когда девушка на ресепшен решила развлечься прослушиванием музыки - пришлось идти и просить ее хотя бы убавить звук. Разочаровал и вид из окна. Номер мой был на 1-м этаже, соответственно, вид - частично на двор, забор и соседний дом. Хороший вид - с 3-го этажа, из общественной зоны! В общем, доплачивать за вид здесь не имеет смысла.

Пропажа денег. К самому отелю претензий нет. Недорогой, красивый, чистый, новый. Но во время наложения в отеле пропали деньги. Значительная сумма. Во всем остальном было неплохо. Большой чистый номер, вид на гору, мягкая кровать. Но деньги пропали.
