The Shells N Tails Rental home is perfect for fishermen or families looking for a relaxing vacation. Located on 1st Street W, this quiet and peaceful home is within walking distance of a boat ramp and the new marina, Steinhatchee Marina. Be on the water in minutes after leaving the home. There is plenty of parking for your boat or golf cart, both under this stilted home and in front of the home. (Please note the home has a 10ft clearance underneath.) Security cameras are located on premises for your protection and your boats security. The Shells N Tails Rental is located in a quiet 4 unit complex. There are 2 homes in each unit similar to a duplex. The townhome is located on the left side of the green home in 205A. We have recently replaced all flooring in the bedrooms. The Master bedroom contains a king size bed with an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. A second bathroom is located across from the front bedroom. Comfortable sheets are supplied on all beds. In the living room, a full pull-out sofa bed is also available. Fresh towels and wash clothes are supplied in both bathrooms. We are happy to say we now have fiber optic high-speed internet. The satellite TV in the living room is on Dish Network and has streaming capabilities. Another TV is located in the Master Bedroom and works with several apps. After spending a long day on the Gulf, cook or grill your fresh catch. Basic amenities are stocked in the kitchen. A grill is located on the back porch.
