Located on an alley near a pet-friendly park, it features two maser bedrooms with full baths on the ground floor. Upstairs the living, kitchen and dining areas are in one big room. Windows on three sides make you feel in the outdoors. And you can be outdoors from either the 16X24 foot deck or circular patio below. A carport with covered walkway means you're never parking or walking in the snow or rain. Aspen trees shade you in the summer, while the gas stove warms you in the winter. And heated bath floors mean you feet never get cold! Oh yes, did I mention the beer tap in the kitchen? It's a great place to relax, ski in the winter or bike in the summer. And the off seasons are great for coming to enjoy fewer people. Hot spring are just downtown or a 15 minute drive to a more natural setting. There is so much to here all year round. NEW!! If you are a single or single couple and only don't use one bedroom and bath, you will receive a $50 refund for our house cleaners not having to clean that area! After you leave, we will make sure nothing was used in one bedroom and bath. If the sheets and bath are unused, I will refund you $50. Wonderful place! This was a fantastic place to stay in Steamboat. You can easily walk to downtown. The house was very, very clean and was beautiful. We enjoyed the deck, fully stocked kitchen, and two master bedrooms downstairs. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay Great stay in SBT. The house has everything needed and was very comfortable. Perfect for a small group. Covered off-street parking is a big plus. The recent renovations make the house feel brand new.

Fantastic location and cozy home! Tom's Aspen Grove unit is everything you could want in a vacation rental. The upstairs kitchen, living room, and dining area are a comfortable communal hangout place. The patio leading off of the family room is awesome! We spent so much time hanging out outside. Everything is new and updated and you can't beat the location. It's an 10min walk into town.
