Very cool staying experience, and Ctrip is indeed much cheaper than booking in high-end hotels. Every time a five-star hotel for vacation abroad is booked by Ctrip. This hotel is a very high-end resort all-inclusive hotel. You can check in at the reception hall of the hotel before leaving the airport and then there will be a special car pick-up ($33 per person, including pick-up and drop-off) This all-inclusive hotel has a total of seven restaurants with different styles, covering French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Jamaican cuisine, and Asian cuisine in various styles. Although the business hours are different, it is basically possible to eat 24 hours a day. The service in each restaurant is very good. Everything was great except some workers were rude and for the fact that I payed so much money for 1 night, we didn't have any toothpaste since we forgot. Furthermore we were told we have to buy it from the gift shop which didn't open until 9am. Very disappointed. I had to eat breakfast without brushing my teeth. I feel like there should be certain things at a 5 star all inclusive hotel since we're paying so much money for 1 night.

The environment was good. On the first day of arrival, the front desk said that there was an event to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the hotel, which must be attended by the family.
