Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! The exterior of the hotel is famous. It is like a hotel. We lived in a new building this summer. It was very clean. It was about ten minutes in the downtown area, in a place halfway up the mountain. The breakfast at this store is also very appetizing. The boss is very enthusiastic. The only thing is that we asked the boss to help us call a taxi to the airport before we left. He kindly promised us, and then we asked him how much she said 20 euros. Then we checked the distance of 8 kilometers and I was a bit skeptical. This distance did not match the price. Then I sent a message to him to help us call a car we checked for a regular taxi. She did not reply to us. After eating breakfast in the morning, another staff member said that the car came. We saw a Cayenne, not a taxi. Then we knew that the original 20 Euro was like this. This is the only place we feel wrong. But we went up because we were going to the airport. That's it. If you ask them to call the car, you must ask very clearly. I hope everyone can get help.

The room is small but very clean. There are no toothbrush sets or paper towels. The location is very good. It is right in the center of the old city. There are many scenic spots around. There are many delicacies that can be checked in. It is suitable for lazy people to eat and go shopping

The hotel is very new and renovated! The front desk lady is very warm and the location is good. Going down is the pedestrian street! There is a local restaurant on the pedestrian street. The mutton is very good. It tastes exactly like the Chinese restaurant. There is also a cake shop. It is also very delicious. When we left, the aunt at the front desk helped us call the car. After calling the car, we were still waiting for the car at the door. The service was great and gave full marks.

The central location of Sarajevo's old town is in all directions. You can go out to play and walk every day. The Latin Bridge, the mosque, the shopping street, and the church are all within easy reach. The hotel breakfast is also very good. The restaurant is very beautiful. The room provides disposable slippers and a hot water bottle. A ten-minute walk to Huangbao can get the sunset view of Sarajevo, and you can also pass through the war martyr's graveyard.

Location: It is in the pedestrian street of the old city, the location is particularly good, you can walk to any place in the ancient city you think of in 3 minutes, 200 meters from the corner of Latin Bridge, 250 meters from the fountain, and the mosque is visible to the naked eye. Next to the downstairs is a bistro and a Chinese restaurant, and there are many Internet celebrity restaurants nearby. Hotel service: Objectively speaking, the hotel is very cost-effective, and it feels better than the express hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The heating and hot water are especially sufficient in winter. The hotel has breakfast every day, which is very punctual. This hotel was temporarily booked after the itinerary changed. The location is very good. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful and helped me a lot. It is a very good experience. I will visit her next time.

Very good location

Originally booked a suite to see the night view, after I went to the front desk, I said that one room had been booked. Then I showed him the picture and said that I booked this, and he said that it was a picture. Then arranged a normal room for me... Although the price is cheap, isn't it just a money to buy and enjoy when traveling? I am very unhappy not to enjoy the night view room, I don't recommend his home.
