The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Parking on the road in Teton Village is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.11. Four-wheel/AWD drive is strongly recommended during the winter months. We do not refund due to road or driveway conditions. The snowplows are scheduled to plow the roadway after 4” or more inches of snow unless it’s snowing hard and the plows can’t keep up. Decks and driveway will be cleared as needed.12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily cleaning service is not. I provide you with a start-up supply of soap, paper products, including hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and an assortment of spices for the kitchen. Depending on the length of your stay & usage, you may need to replenish these by purchasing them at a local store. Any additional items to be provided by Guest.
