Welcome to this newly renovated ranch style home within walking distance to the Notre Dame campus, bars, restaurants and the Eddy St. Commons area. This home has 5br and 2(1/2) bath. There are 3br upstairs and 2br in the basement. Each room has a queen size bed, dressers, and nightstands. There are two 55inch TVs (one in living room and one in the basement) and one 40inchTV in the master bedroom. This house also has brand new windows and fresh paint. The kitchen and master bathroom are newly remodeled.
