The home is fully equipped for long stays and families, with AC in every room, 65-inch TVs, a king bed, queen bed, and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, a 65” TV, and an en-suite bathroom, with lots of closet space, designated working space. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and its own 65” TV. The living room is stylish and inviting, also featuring a 65” TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for long stays, and the entire home has A/C. Enjoy breathtaking ocean and city views from this centrally located and secure mountain retreat. The bottom area of the house is a private studio with its own entrance that is not included in the house rental, the only shared space is the parking area.Guest accessThe entire house is for our guests' private use. While we minimize their presence, occasional sightings are normal in the tropical climate.
