Georgetown Lake is only a 20 min drive for boating, fishing and hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter. Phillipsburg offers an assortment of downtown events. A 20-minute drive up the mountain behind Phillipsburg takes you to the old deserted mining town of Granite where in the summer you can attend the at night Ghost Walk of the old town.
