Nice deep water on Abbotts creek area. Plenty of parking for boat at the house. There is a community boat launch right beside the property but may not work for all boats. Best for smaller boats. This is a shared property with the owners, but the guest house is just for your use. Guest we'll have access to the pier and dock area. Property is located the Abbotts creek part of High Rock Lake. Guest are welcome to bring a boat or swim from the docks. High Rock lake is a fully recreational lake.
