This hotel is a paradise in the mountains of Hakone! Traditional style of the rooms - it feels like you are living in a Japanese family. We were prepared a traditional dinner, which was served in our room. It was very tasty and varied! The hotel has 3 onsen: 2 - private, 1 - public. We visited only the private ones (you need to book a time in advance at the reception upon check-in, the visit time is 30 minutes). It was wonderful! The hotel also provides a transfer from and to the nearest train stations. The rooms are clean, cozy, we slept on tatami under soft blankets. The hotel has a relax room. With massage chairs and a very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in this room after visiting the onsen and got great relaxation. And you are also given national clothes for rest and sleep. It is very beautiful and cute. Breakfasts were also in kaiseki style - varied and unusual. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. this hotel allows tattoo baths. great experience, thank you very much! want to come back again!

環境：酒店位於山裡，空氣非常清新，夜晚很安靜，旁邊還有一個小河道和小瀑布。酒店距離箱根神社、蘆之湖等景點的距離也不遠。 服務：服務很周到，早飯很豐富，還可以預訂午餐和晚餐。 設施：酒店整體裝修還比較新，房間面積比起東京同價位酒店要大很多。酒店的温泉有室內和室外的，非常乾淨，聽着外面小瀑布的水聲泡着温泉很愜意。

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The traditional Japanese room was spacious and super comfy. The onsen facilities were definitely the highlight, way better than I expected for the price we paid. They have 3 types: 1 indoor, 1 outdoor and 1 mixed. All these are bookable throughout the day, from 7am to 11pm and they are completely private. The ryokan is 15 minutes walking from Gora station, so if you arrive by train and you have luggage I recommend you check on google map how to get there with a bus, otherwise you’ll have to walk uphill for a while. The only negative point I can find is probably the breakfast, I tried both western and Japanese style, they are both quite pricy for what they are and I personally did not enjoy the Japanese one. Despite this I would totally come back if I ever visit Hakone again.

We got to the hotel in the beautiful location just before 3pm and we got given a little tour of the place and then got shown to our room. The staff are very friendly and do their best to speak English. A lovely lady was in charge of our hospitality throughout our stay and she first showed us that there is a public hot spring and a private hot spring and asked us if we would like to book a time to use the private hot spring, we booked a time as we checked in but then we didn’t use it as we were happy with our private hot spring in the room. We also booked a time for dinner and they arrived at that time Promptly with A LOT of food. We also got a choice for a staple food and we chose some steak which was high quality and delicious, as well as the lobster (on the menu it said grilled prawn but a lobster is what came and it was delicious). We ordered a few beers and a bottle of wine with room service and it always came quickly and was nice and cold. The private hot spring is absolutely boiling but it’s a good experience and there’s ice water provided which helps. Breakfast came at 8.30am and it was also huge! It didn’t come with coffee but I ordered some and that was easy enough. The lady who served our food explained every dish and how to eat it and she was always extremely friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

Ternyata Anda harus memberikan kode PIN dan nomor pesanan kepada villa Trip.com sebelum mereka memberikan kata sandi kamar‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️Karena saat kami check in sudah jam 8, kami tidak bisa menghubungi siapapun sama sekali, dan kami harus menunggu lebih dari setengah jam untuk mendapatkan password (vilia bilang dia sudah mengirim email sebelumnya, tapi kami tidak pernah menerimanya!! 👆🏾👆🏾Jadi ini pengingat‼ ️ Jika Anda belum menerima email kata sandi dari Villa tiga hari sebelum check-in, harap menghubungi Trip.com atau Villa 2 hari sebelumnya untuk mendapatkan kata sandi check-in‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️

Secara keseluruhan, itu adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Saya SANGAT menyukai semua yang mereka sediakan, pemandian air panas pribadi, yukata, teh, kue kering, dll. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah lokasinya. Lokasinya berada di sisi lain yang tidak tercakup oleh Hakone Free Pass, jadi Anda harus naik bus Lion yang bisa mahal, dan harus kembali lebih awal karena tidak ada transportasi untuk kembali. Untuk menggunakan Hakone Free Pass Anda, Anda hanya perlu berjalan kaki ke/dari Stasiun Kereta Gantung Odaku, lalu Anda akan terhubung dengan semua zona free pass. Jalan kaki dari Yuyu ke stasiun cukup nyaman tanpa membawa barang bawaan, tetapi dengan barang bawaan akan sedikit sulit untuk mendaki bukit.
