MMichael Len JohnsonThis is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot.
Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart.
Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor.
My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

KKim BambarenThey were nothing but kind from the get-go of the staff the rooms were very very clean I thought that it was going to be very expensive for the stay at first but it was well worth $150 for the room that I had got I would definitely refer this to someone else and I would stay there again.

TTamuUsually I don't have any problems at this hotel but this stay was not a good 1! The room heat was cold, the bath tub shower was stck on and no bath tub plug so I couldn't take a hot bath which I needed, and I usually get downstairs because I have knee problems but got an upstairs room this time. Wasn't a good visit this time, usually stay 3 or 4 nights, stayed 1.

TTamuRoom was clean and tidy, but the TV didn't work, had sound but no picture, the curtain rod was bent and coming of the wall, shower curtain rod loose and unable to hold curtain, light fixture over the sink was crooked and coming off the wall, hair dryer plastic housing splitting open at the seem, linens were clean and there were No roaches or bed bugs
