🙂 1. The location is walking distance to the BRT station. 2. Instant coffee is provided and the hot water is provided outside the room. 3. Lift is available. 4. Air conditioner is working. 5. WiFi is working. 🙁 1. Not really happy with some of the amenities. I hope they will do some maintenance. - Toilet is kinda smelly and the water from the bowl keep running. - The hot water is working but it does not look safe to use? - TV is not working. 2. My room was near the emergency exit/stair. Someone must have smoke near there and the smoke smell was able to enter my room. Overall rating: ⭐️⭐️ The price is cheap so I think it just matched with the amenities that they have. I don't have the feel to stay longer unfortunately + the housekeeper do they really need to knock 10 minutes before the check out time.

My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again.

My stay at ihome was beyond expectation. Never thought the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for business needs at this price range. Most importantly able to fill up stomach within few steps. Reception is friendly. 

It was a great stay overall, location-wise its a less than 3 minute walk to Sunway Pyramid mall passing thru smaller streets and shops. There are nearby eateries and convenience stores for those late night cravings too. Free water dispenser is available along the hallway each floor for convenience. Room provided is huge yet basic, keeping with their eco-friendly theme. Free breakfast also provided with voucher on the nearby cafe, though the drink itself needs to top up by RM 5 which is fine. My only drawback was the lavatory sink leak throughout my stay, I already told the housekeeper to address it with someone. But that help never arrived, so I used the extra towels to catch the drip. Other than that I appreciate the minimalist setup on the room, but can be improved more on addressing guest’s concerns.

Parking in that area is chaotic especially 9am, I need to park at a shopping mall. Cleanliness overall ok except for the bed & Lobby sofa, very itchy when sit and sleep. The lobby in there is also quite warm as some aircon turns off . Customer chat service is very good and fast.

Hotel is good location and lots good restaurants around but at night very noisy from the pub ,service the workers need upgrade because some not kind at all
