This fabulous 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home has great space for family gatherings. Golfing, swimming, boating- this neighborhood has it all. Great water views outback with 2 dining tables for 8 & comfy sectional seating w/coffee table.
All bedrooms have posturpedic mattresses, except bunks. TVs in each bedroom. Bunk room has Mario system & Wii. Upstairs loft has game table for kids play, puzzles & games.
Kayak and canoe - required life vests provide.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Adult supervision required at all times.About customRules:There is a $250 fine from to park a trailer in front of the corner of the house closest to the street.
