Very good and close to airport. The hotel is awesome and highly recommended

We needed to use Ryan Air ( dreading return) for flight to be at Stanstead Airport. We decided the reasonable priced Novotel close to Airport. However, it far enough that a cab right would have cost £25 each way. We gladly took a shuttle for £4 ea way for each person. Just 10 min ride and bus comes goes every 30 min. We where happy the hotel informed us the shuttle starts at 3 AM, we had enough time to get to airport on time. The check in was fairly easy and quick. We asked if a sauna be at hotel, sadly only a gym. The room was exceptional clean, matress excellent and towels spotless like the linen later even crisp. Good choice. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. A bit pricy like all of London and particular at an Airport Hotel, however, both dishes where outstanding, much so to let the staff know. Getting up at 2:15, had coffee ( tea) provided in room, easy check out just dropping key cards into lockbox and made the 3 AM Shuttle. I can highly recommend the hotel, service and restaurant. Definitely worth the money.

The room has everything I appreciate when staying in a hotel: a mini fridge, a safe, and air conditioning. Plus, the facility has a gym and the employee at reception kindly allowed me to go to my room even though it was 90 minutes before check-in time.

Very convenient location. Great friendly and hospitable staff. Rooms starting to show their age.

The hotel is near by Stansted airport there is nothing else near it, I think who want to catch his flight can book this hotel only.

Just 5 minutes from Stensted airport. Hotel has a shuttle service to/from airport every 30 minutes. Overall the hotel is clean, friendly staff, great location.

This is a great airport hotel. You need to get a hotel shuttle bus which you will need to pay. The room was new, spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with both continental and full English options. Room temperature was fully automatic and adjustable. There is a gym but it was under maintenance when I was there. The shower was powerful enough with clean towels, shower wash and body lotions provided. I also found the room very quiet and well insulated. Overall, a good hotel for short stay.

Have stayed here before. rooms are comfortable but 2 Chairs in the room would be nice. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety although 2 coffee machines would make the wait a bit shorter at busy times. Staff always very welcoming and helpful.

Makes one never want to come back to Stanstedt or Britain. Good as an expensive education of what the UK has become. Bye.

Great location, but you do need to pay £10 for parking. Room was clean and check in smooth. Make sure they validate your parking ticket or you can't get out the gate when you drive out.

I need to be at an early conference meeting the following day and staying at the hotel was so much more relaxing than an early battle on the motor way.

Room was clean and quiet. Reception and book in very straightforward and helpful ,friendly welcome on arrival.

Room not clean Room not clean the second day you need on the receipt to enter to the gym and also need to sign out. Location is far from the airport. You have to pay to use the chatter
