It was ok

very nice and quiet exactly what we needed on our trip comfortable beds easy check inn nice food on the same lot so we enjoyed not having to drive to dinner ,definitely will be back would like to use the grills available for guests next time we pass thru thank you M6 for your hospitality

Older, run-down, very small building. Half of building backs up to freeway, I had to stay upstairs to get a room not on the freeway side. Car parts in the lobby. Large 1 King room with micro and fridge, and couch. Couch very old, peeling vinyl but actually really comfortable. Live-in manager (owner?) really nice. Clean, no bugs. Safe, no riff-raff. Quiet all night. Medium-size grassy dog area which was actually clean! Wifi works well. Bathroom has a tub! Hot water is lukewarm.

I am convinced all the hotels at the north end of this freeway exit are owned / managed by the same people...charge you the full rate while offering the bare minimum elsewhere i.e. in this case in mid-August the pool was closed...as was the air conditioned lobby. AFTER I checked-in I was told there was no water and since it was a "city issue" they had no idea of if and when it would come back on...it never did by the time I left the following morning. Of course it would never occur to these people in "the hospitality industry" to offer ANYTHING to benefit the guest due to the inconvenience. Not surprisingly it was up to me to follow-up upon returning home as to any refund. I was informed the city would be reimbursing everyone at each hotel impacted by the no water issue. Two billing cycles later on my credit card and no refund yet. A call to the hotel and I was told "all people have been refunded." Note: It is a game I am sure they play all the time...don't tell anyone there is a refund(because there isn't) and if someone asks, tell them refunds come from the local government and / or refunds have been issued. Hence I have now created a dispute claim with my credit card company which hopefully end in my favor...BUT no thanks to the hotel itself...they don't care about you or your experiences...they only want your money.

Very good location far from run down I had a very nice and relaxing stay there pet friendly the best staff we had during our visit keep up the hospitality and we will be there 2 stay oh did I mention there's a putting mini golf at the hotel
