I Resort Beach Hotel & Spa

Gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous area, close to shops, bars and the most gorgeous beach right in front of you! Food could be abit better & drinks didn’t include normal drinks like gin, vodka ect..it was cocktails- we tried the whole list & loved one of them thankfully..but you wasn’t allowed to order them during meal times so we had to settle for fizzy pop as we aren’t wine drinkers, we went all inclusive so tried to make the most of it but there are bars right in your door step so win win! The staff are so attentive & friendly!

We recently stayed at this hotel for 14 night with B&B, the location is perfect and it is a ultra modern hotel with lots of fancy lights, glass and mirrors, we did enjoy our stay but a few things could be improved on to reach 5 stars. I’ll start in the rooms, very limited storage which for 2 weeks did cause us a problem, we did not go away to watch tv which is just as well as the selection was poor, we would have liked a option of a ice maker on the landing somewhere as the mini fridge didn’t really make any drinks colder, the bed was super comfy for us and we asked for extra pillows and getting comfy at night was not a problem, we stayed on the 3rd floor of the East wing at it was very quiet even while our room looked over the bay and it was stunning. The shower is fine for couples but for friends staying there’s not privacy as it’s just coloured glass and see through! No plug just a granite slopping slab so impossible to fill the sink up if required. As mentioned we stayed B&B and breakfast was at times disappointing for a 5 star hotel, the food was ok, but at times barely warm, certain items was disappointing, a fresh omelette station would have been a big plus, the staff are pleasant enough but to get extra drinks on the breakfast table was always a challenge, the duty manager failed to engage with us at any point even to say ‘good morning’ he would just stand at a counter and stare at people. We thought it would be nice to relax around the main pool but unless we got up at 6:30 am and put towels out that was never going to happen, they do have a very small area on the beach but it’s so closed in and pushed together that really was not for us, so we used the quiet pool (unheated), this was fine but getting loungers was also a issue, my advice to the hotel would be to use a card system for 1 towel and 1 towel only so you can’t get 10 towels and put at each area to suit yourself where you wanted to lay a different times of the day. We didn’t stay in the hotel in the evenings but they had different themes each night we think. Reception staff are excellent Natalia especially always had a smile and was happy to help, the house keeping was also excellent and we could not fault how clean our room was kept, a big thank you to the team. A few people said the evening meals didn’t change but we made the most of the ample restaurants and local tavernas on the road outside to eat, and to get a real Greek feel. Could the hotel get better? Yes of course it could, but would we stay here again? YES, once we settled in and saw how things are it was fine for us!

What an amazing hotel with great, kind, smiling, helpful people working there :) Hotel with delicious food, excellent drinks, beautiful views. From the first minutes during welcome till the last minutes of my stay it was fantastic and I thank you so much for it :) I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to slow down, enjoy views of the sea eating delisious Greek meals but also taste other cuisine. Hotel is super clean, rooms comfortable and cleaned daily. Hotel is situated in the city Stalis and surrounded with many restaurants, bars and shops with souvenirs. I went solo to I resort Hotel but I was not alone. The people who work there surrounded me with a warm and very friendly atmosphere. I felt like I was among friends. Their professionalism in work also makes a big impression. I would especially like to thank: Main restaurant: Emanuela - you are the best!!! We have really enjoyed our time here. This trip was our second honeymoon, and we plan to make this hotel our annual holiday destination. The room was beautiful, and the staff was professional and super friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the time we arrived. We booked all inclusive and due to our delayed flight we arrived after dinner. The staff prepared a plate of food for us and we didn't need to look for a restaurant to get something to eat. We will be booking our return trip in the spring.

We found the I Resort to be a well managed, clean and friendly establish. We came for our honeymoon and our first time away without our 2 children. The room was set up with wine, fruit, petals on the bed and towels in a shape of a Swan love heart which we found to be a perfect touch. Staff were at hand to help and went above and Beyond to accommodate us from us upgrading our room upon arrival to the waiters getting to know you down to the right beverage and of course the views were amazing! The room attendants were in every day tidying the room and even left my nightwear left presentable on the bed with a plate of chocolate cakes which really was fab. The food, there's something for everyone and desserts were absolutely beautiful! We came all inclusive, some drinks are not part of the all inclusive however the staff informed you what was included before ordering.

We spent 10 days in this hotel and really enjoyed it. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. Right on the beach and very close to local bars and restaurants. The food was good and all the staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially Karina who is friendly, enthusiastic and makes sure everyone is included in the games around the pool during the day. As with previous reviews we found the rooms compact with very little storage space. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to return in the near future.
