The staff are really good but need more staff in the restaurant on a night people go elsewhere because takes too long because not enough staff have stayed at this Premier Inn lots and the restaurant used to be full on a night the staff are really helpful

Experience was shockingly bad. Lift smelt of vomit, didn't have enough staff to provide dinner service without "severe delay" and nobody available to talk to about the aircon not working. Complained to customer service after to be told it was my fault because I didn't complain on the day. How can I complain if there is one member of staff trying his hardest to serve customers in the restaurant?! Nobody free to complain to. Was testing for business use. Will now not use any premier inn. Also parking was bad, tiny car park. Had to drive round for 15 mins to wait for somebody to leave for a space

The hotel is fresh, clean and everything you expect from a Premier Inn. The breakfast was the best we've had at a Premier Inn (and we've stayed in a lot, all over the country) food was fresh, hot and replenished frequently. My poached eggs (after a bad experience elsewhere) were spot on so thanks to the chefs Karolina and Liza. Great service from the team Trisha and Tia, thanks.

The room was reasonably clean and tidy. The areas that let this hotel down were the restaurant and adjoining toilet. These areas could have been much cleaner however it did appear that there were not enough staff on for a bank holiday weekend

Absolutely amazing stay, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Always happy to help. Trisha at breakfast was always welcoming, friendly and happy to help. Room are spacious, clean and tidy. Easy access to London, definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely staff, great location, comfortable room and clean facilities. Tasty breakfast in a clean, airy restaurant with nice terrace and great service- nothing was too much trouble for Felicia and Trisha to help us with. Will definitely be back.
