Nice to stay

Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10

Overall not bad if you have to stay in Staines Be warned they don’t have 1) AC, 2) Hair dryer and 3) Breakfast You also have to pay for wifi but it is painfully slow

I really enjoy the view from my room which is from the window green long trees and the river .Every thing in the room is nice a tidy. I must mention the lady Felicia who served me at the time of check in she was nice and cooperative. Thank you very much for hotel.

Overall a friendly greeting easy access to room bedroom comfortable no noise from outside shower was great

Average Travelodge, good hygiene standards, excellent customer services. Normally, I booked a accessible room because others I went to has a shower, but had a bath instead that was inaccessible for me. Went back down to reception and spoke to Felicia, who was amazing and managed to change to a room with a shower on the ground floor. Would recommend. 👍

Clean room, welcoming staff as always. Convenient for the bus station and the train station. M25 and M3 are close by

It was a lovely stay and the staff were excellent especially the man on reception unfortunately I did not get his name which is unfortunate as I really would like travel lodge to know how professional he is.On my next visit hopefully I will see him and get his name so I can mention him on here.

Visited Staines to meet with family members to take the children to Thorpe Park during the school break. On check in we were welcomed by a gentleman Tapfu who was truly magnificent with the children by engaging them in the check in process by asking them to guess our room numbers. Legendary

Hotel located in a central area where you can access the train station and buses to and from London as we had travelled from Newcastle. Rooms were clean and hotel staff very friendly and polite especially the Supervisor Tafu not sure about the spelling the guy knows the area well as he answered all the questions we asked

Great experience. Great staff who tended to all our needs. Comfortable clean rooms, just what we needed after a long day on the road. Great value for money, hard to find anything better for the rates we paid. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

hotel was in a great location and really close to all amenities. Dikshya was really friendly and helpful and our stay was lovely. we would definitely come back again as it’s a perfect area for the children to go off and have food and for us to enjoy food and drinks locally
