Travelodge Staines

Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10

Overall not bad if you have to stay in Staines Be warned they don’t have 1) AC, 2) Hair dryer and 3) Breakfast You also have to pay for wifi but it is painfully slow

Wonderful experience at The Travelodge in Staines. We were greeted by Felicia who was amazing! Super friendly, extremely helpful and a great asset to your company. I had a few questions and she went out of her way to help. By accident I pulled the “help” cord in the bathroom and she could not have been more understanding and gracious deactivating it, I really appreciate her professionalism. Great experience because of Felicia.

Below average stay. The receptionist did not even crack a smile when we were checking in. The room was ok and clean but the bathroom wasn’t. There were cracks in the sink and toilet. The bathroom mat was dirty and had bits all around. Very stuffy room with one fan. Can hear lots of noise and planes outside. The receptionist again never smiled or wasn’t very welcoming when we asked for help. The next morning, I said bye to 3 members of staff behind the desk and not one said bye back. Great location but definitely not worth the £145 price for the night!

Staff very friendly and professional, juno was amazing, very helpful with any query. Hotel was clean and tidy. I will definitely return.
