Hotel un peu excentré et éloigné de la mer. Très grand complexe. La c était très agréable car il y avait peu de monde. Le personnel est très disponible et agréable. Les buffets ont une offre importantes pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner mais c est surtout de la cuisine internationale et c est pas très bon. Vraiment le point négatif ce sont les lits qui sont très durs et inconfortables. Vraiment pas un 5 étoiles . Un très bon 3 étoiles c'est tout.

This is not a 5 star hotel. We paid for all inclusive & didn’t receive all inclusive. Food is terrible & so are drinks . No snacks for children or adults in day!! Every bar but one was shut ! No day time or evening entertainment! Rooms are basic but clean! Hardly any staff to be seen! Some staff are friendly others can’t even crack a smile ! Mini market was mainly shut and over priced. The beach is nice but again you have to pay at the beach for drinks even if all inclusive & the beach bar is apart of the hotel! The hotel seems unkept as in maintenance light from pool sitting in side for children to access. This is just one small example. No kids club open or mini discos. Air conditioning doesn’t work! We paid £8,000 for 10 days here and feels like we have been robbed from our money I highly recommend if you have the hotel booked to change immediately! The bar tenders don’t even no how to make the cocktails that are on the menu ! Again food is so poor & repetitive. We travel to Greece a lot & also use jet 2 every-time this is the 1st issue we have ever had and the list goes on and on I could wright a whole essay!! But please avoid I don’t want anyone to be as sad and disappointed as we are!

It was our first time at Alexandros Palace. The food was very good, the rooms were amazing. Pool was clean and the kids had an amazing time in the kid area of the pool. The rooms and property was clean and accommodations were very good. The staff was very friendly. I've been in the hospitality business for 25 years and it was everything we needed. Air conditioning was cold and worked well. All areas of the hotel were very.noce and well maintained. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars 🌟

Our family stay at Alexandros Palace Hotel was truly wonderful. The peaceful location near the sea and stunning views of Mount Athos were unforgettable. The staff was warm and attentive, offering great upselling services like the amazing breakfast and the restaurant. I would advise excursions as the location is beautiful. A perfect mix of relaxation and family-friendly experiences!

As a first time of being in Greece for holidays, also the place was chosen spontaneously and randomly, I did not expect the hotel to be located closely to mythical place such as mount Athos. I had the chance to explore nearby places. Hotel’s staff was extremely friendly and kind. They have the best bacon full stop. The hotel’s beach is very close, 1 min of walking, and super duper quiet which was an advantage for me. The weather in October was perfect for beach time! Thanks a million for the staff there, especially the restaurant staff for the service given! People of Greece are very nice people, kind, respectful and friendly.

This is a fraud. It says that the hotel has 5 stars, but that hotel is not even for 3 stars. The hotel is terribly neglected, and if you look closely, it's not even a hotel, but a settlement in the hill. ROOMS: The rooms need renovation. In the semi-luxury apartment, the air conditioner is leaking, the telephone is not working, the door is creaking, the door is worn out... FOOD: The food is better in the student canteen. For example, the fish is DEFROSTED and tastes terrible... For the price they offer (and it's not cheap, 4000 euros half board for 14 nights), the food should be much better. STAFF: Very capable and professional. MANAGEMENT: I have never seen greater amateurism. For every 100 beds, they have one man who works and serves. Nobody comes for you, you come for the waiter. The same applies to an Albanian who works as a technician for 800 buildings, buggies and all other jobs. BEACH: The sand is too dirty, the sunbeds are falling apart, the fast food is overpriced. The hotel does not issue a fiscal invoice.

The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was both luxurious and comfortable. One of the highlights was Mane, who was always ready to assist with any needs I had. He made my stay even more enjoyable with his recommendations and attentive care. This hotel is definitely an excellent choice for anyone seeking luxury and top-notch service.

This is probably the most boring, isolated venue i have stayed at in 40 years. There literally is nothing to do here unless the weather is glorious. The food in the hotel is absolutely atrocious. It is all highly processed. For example, breakfast consists of numerous pastries or processed cheese, sausage or salami. Even the orange juice is squash, not fresh juice. There were no breakfat tea bags, only fruit teas. The poor calibre of the evening meal is hard to describe. Same menu every night. No local Greek cuisine just spaghetti bolognese, chicken drumsticks and occasionally braised veal. Most of the staff are very helpful. Dmitris at the beach bar was excellent. The reception staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff were poor and rude in their attitude. They gave you the impression that, because it was all inclusive, when you asked for a drink they were doing you a massive favour. I fed this back to reception staff who said they would escalate to senior managers but nothing changed. This is not a 5 star hotel. 3 stars is being generous. Don't waste your money coming here. The nearest place to get decent food and/ or anything resembling anything of interest is a 10 minute/15 euros taxi ride to Ouranopolis. It is 2 hours from Thesalonika and literally in the middle of nowhere.

An absolutely amazing 5 star hotel in an incredible location . The hotel is located very close to Ouranoupoli allowing the guests to gaze upon the glory of mount Athos . The rooms are spacious, well kept and newly renovated with incredible view from the large balcony . Really large swimming pools but most importantly fantastic newly built mini water park for kids (and adults ;) ). Staff are very friendly and helpful and always available regardless how busy it gets. The food is an absolute gastronomical pleasure with plethora of selections between meat , vegetarian and vegan options . Highly recommended holiday option for the north part of Greece
