The hotel facilities and environment are very good. I came here with my parents who are over 80 years old. I was surprised that there is an elevator here, but it is only located on the half floor. You still need to climb half a flight of stairs to get out. It's good strangeness. When I was leaving and checking out, I was asked to pay a separate cleaning fee of 39 euros for each room. I asked why and was told that this was an apartment and the kitchen needed to be cleaned. I said I only stayed for one night and didn't use the kitchen at all. I guess because I came from Vienna and am fluent in German, I was exempted. After reading previous reviews, many people have encountered this problem, so those who want to book should still consider it. This hotel is suitable for staying for a few more days. It is right by the lake. The environment is super beautiful. The rooms are large and close to the Schaffberg Mountain Railway. There are also Chinese restaurants and pizza shops nearby. So if you stay for a few more days, the cleaning fee is still worth it. of.

Special experience , is really one person handle all hotel reception , restaurants , and also do helping housekeeping ! Even just few people run the business , they still provide the standard of service for us , even let us the bicycle to explore the city . Thank you and well done !

I really recommend this hotel. The owner is very warm and hospitable. Because the supermarket closes at 5pm, the owner saw that there was not much time and even drove me there to go shopping.
