I really enjoyed the hotel! My room was very clean and spacious with top of the line amenities. Will definitely book again. The restaurant was ok, food was good. Service was not great for the level of dining, no quality checking on food items and empty glass wear was left on the tables until end of meal. Will definitely book a room again just may choose to dine elsewhere.

Not very much parking, terrible service at the restaurant. Waited 15 mins at our table and not one server acknowledged us, so we left. Other than that the hotel and staff were great!

The coolest hotel in St. John’s NL. With the most amazing staff! It’s the only hotel in St. John’s ….5 stars for sure!

The hotel was amazing. It was very clean, the hotel staff were very friendly and the bed was so comfortable. Only critique is that we stayed harbour side and it was very noisy.

We had problems with the heat it was either too hot and couldn’t adjust and it was blowing heat or had to shut it off and woke up cold Will be mentioning this to the front desk

I was stormed bound after working a 12 hour shift as an RN. The warm cozy welcome of The Jag was just what I needed to get in out of the cold.

Nice hotel awkwardly situated in downtown St. John’s. Cool rock n roll theme. Clean hotel, nice restaurant and bar. Staff not very friendly. Definitely not rude, just not inviting. I’ll probably check out another hotel next time I’m in town.

Everything was great..the Hotel Decor is exceptional compared to most places I've stayed..very modern! The hotel location is close to everything downtown St. John's!

We love this hotel. Its a great location , the staff are great and very accommodating. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed , chill kind of vibe with a great mix of classic music being played throughout. The rooms are as described, beds are very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large and well equipped with anything one might need. We almost always stay here when we want a night away.

Very quiet and clean and friendly staff, from the bartenders in the restaurant to the front desk. Awesome place and priced right ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Need to focus on more cleaning. And no wifi password was provided all the times even its says free wifi.
