Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds Town Centre

Great check in very friendly staff ! Julie and Scarlett were extremely helpful and service will a smile .there was a group of us and they all said the same thing. Room was spotless every thing was so clean in the whole building . Best prem inn I’ve stayed in for a long time .

Stayed for 2 nights while attending a friend's wedding. I feel you know what you're getting with premier inn, good standard, good price. We got the premier plus room, would recommend; for the small extra the room was spacious, comfortable and had really good amenities (a/c, mini fridge, paid WiFi included etc). Bed was exceptionally comfortable (a lot of hotels leave me waking up with a stuff back, here didn't). Concierge who greeted us upon arrival, Noel, was fantastic. Answered questions, gave good information, was helpful with requests. Actual prime example of what gold standard hospitality staff are.

The service from Julie & Scarlet was excellent really clean and friendly environments hotel, will recommend this hotel to my work colleagues, great location for all restaurants in the town… need to change the amount of characters you have to write for the review

I have stayed in this hotel for whilst working in the area several times and it has definately improved greatly over the last year. The rooms are nice especially with the air conditiomjng. The staff are friendly especially Julie and Scarlet who have been very helpful.

Polite staff, rooms with services all sorted and a good location and parking. Scarlet was helpful with my questions about the room and Julie checked on how our stay was half way through, very good attention to detail. I would stay here again absolutely

Staff are really nice and welcoming and easy to approach. From the moment we arrived they made sure we had everything I needed. When ordering the food and drinks their was an very professional approach but also took the time out to have a light hearted joke with the team and made the experience more enjoyable.
