Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds Town Centre

Great location , very peaceful and close to Cathedral and Town Centre Room a bit tired but spotlessly clean, as usual bed was so comfortable We would like to give a mention to Noel and Nicky who ran the reception and restaurant/bar late afternoon through to evening, I was disappointed as it was only a small bar that didn’t do the usual cocktails but Nicky and Noel were great and Nicky suggested a white wine , we bought a bottle and sat in the quiet area enjoying the evening with them both checking up with us now and again Only one downside was the grumpy greeting we got at breakfast from a member of staff and her and the Manager were far too keen taking plates away while some people were still eating, i appreciate they have a quick turnaround but asking a man if he was ready to pay for his breakfast while he was still eating his toast seemed a bit too eager!

Nice hotel in a really good location for Bury Town Centre. Reception area and hotel was nice and clean. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Nice and clean and quiet at night. Big on-site carparking. Only £3 for 24 hours. Would stay here again.

The welcome from Julie and scarlet was excellent .They organised a restaurant for us despite our arrival being at 10 o clock. After a long days work and a 3 hour journey it was great to have the opportunity to relax so quickly. Thank you to both the mother and daughter A team 🤩👍

It’s a pleasant change to go somewhere where we have a very polite and very helpful member of Staff, Scarlet was exceptional prompt polite and just the right amount of friendliness kind of chatty. The food was also cooked perfect. Thanks Graha

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds town centre. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. But what really stood out was the staff—genuinely the friendliest and most efficient we’ve encountered anywhere. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We Went for one night stay. Room was clean bed very comfortable. We had evening meal and it was the best mixed grill have had the chef was name Mick and he deserves to be recognised for his great cooking thankyou. Our waitress was brilliant as well. Will be back for another visit as everyone we met was very friendly.
