We stayed 2 nights at houseboat 1002 nights. “Amazing Houseboat” very different from other Houseboats. Hospitality was beyond our expectation and food is delicious beautiful Lake view. Peaceful location. Would highly recommend this houseboat to our friends.

We r very happy with their services and food is awesome. Centralised heated rooms...Kashmiri Kahwa and proper room services. Hospitality is also best in class. They r helping in nature and provide 5 star facilities. We r very grateful for the Kaisar's services

We as business traveller booked this property for 01night stay room only basis upon check in we found room is ok but ventilation was an issue it was uncomfortable to stay no fan,just a small window that it although we did managed ,

The hotel exterior was good but the room i got was in a bad state. There was a continuous kitchen smell coming in the room. I got a headache with that non going smell. The room ceiling was broken from the corner and was giving a horrific view. The bathroom outlet of water was also broken. There was a big hole kind of thing in the bathroom wall as well. I requested to change my room but since we were there just for one night my request was denied.
