MakeMyTrip booked this hotel for me. Which was atrocious. Dirty pillow covers, towels. Crampy room with no ventilation for the bathroom, so the smell remained in the room when we entered. The breakfast was another obnoxious experience , very disorganised and dirty cutlery. Total disappointment!

Don’t be fooled by their photos. Rooms are very unhygienic. There was a horrible odour in our room throughout the stay and when asked for cleanliness they just applied some air freshner. When asked for a clean kettle we were told “ye to saaf hi hai”. At least respect the customer’s request if you hotel staff don’t believe in cleanliness yourself. Overall very disappointed! Truly regretting choosing this hotel. Makemytrip is also to be blamed for offering this hotel to their customers in kashmir tour package.

Comparatively good breakfast. Pretty decent availability of hot water for shower, because that’s what really matters if you’re visiting Srinagar in chilly weather. Room’s a bit small, but good enough.

Hotel Ambience was good. We were allotted 3 rooms on the same floor. Hotel was equipped with all the necessary amenities including running hotwater. The Hotel Staff was good. They served us smiling all the time. In room catering was also good except for the bread pakoda and bhajiya which was cold and no one liked it, other wise the complimentary breakfast and dinner was good. The Hotel is situated near Lal Chowk which is accessible by walk as well as by Auto Rickshaw.. Overall the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our Srinagar trip.

Centrally located, nice interiors and amenities, clean and well furnished rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant offers good breakfast (did not check lunch/ dinner menus). Room service is very good. You can get public transport from nearby road to go to markets areas.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days.. room was same as in the picture.. Staff and ground staff has to be improved a lot.. Food was ok.. location was comfortable for us.. a calm and quiet area mainly we dont want to spent time @ hotel..
