Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park)

The staff is very friendly and nice! They are helpful and the front desk is 24/7!

This has to be the friendliest Premier Inn we have stayed in Nothing was too much trouble. If we are in the area this is the hotel we always choose. Well done to everyone that works there.

I can't put into words how kind all the staff at Premier Inn at Chantry Park are. The lady on reception was so incredibly friendly and smiley, making a fuss of our two sons! And as for the absolutely blessed and kind-hearted lady who served us breakfast, well, she was just amazing. She lent my boys a game at the table (she could see how boisterous they were!) and was so kind to them. She even gave them toys and sweets from her special box in the cupboard that she saves for kids, weddings, and all sorts. And offered them the pain au chocolats and yet more snacks at the end. Also, she gave me and my hubby a heart keepsake. A beautiful, blessed soul who made our day. Thank you all again for being so kind, we'll be back again, for sure, even if it's just to experience your generosity, kindness, and love! Love the family-like atmosphere, like nothing we've ever experienced at Premier Inns we've stayed at previously! Susie, Dave, Sammy and Joshie xxxxx

The Premier Inn Chantry Park is a great location. Easy to access and park at and a short drive/taxi into Ipswich. The rooms were clean, the food decent and the service was fabulous. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Room was far too warm. Hotel needs investment with aircon added to cope with south east summers. The fan that was provided just circulated warm air. We will stay at a different hotel next time we are in the area

Due to Ed Sheeren being in town we were expecting everyone to be busy but every member of staff was welcoming, polite and super helpful. They all took time to help answer any questions we had and have a little chat about the concert. All amazing staff. Well done, I hope you all had Monday off after what must have been a crazy weekend!!!
