It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of historic downtown Springfield, TN. The home Is nested to the right, the second house as you enter the friendly neighborhood that consist of two cul de sacs. There’s a nice size yard, a back deck (22x10) which has both a ramp and steps. There is a standard size grill, a mounted smart 50in tv in the common area, a 55 in tv in one of the King size bedrooms, a 40 inch tv in the room with a full size bed. 50 in tv in the master bedroom. Full kitchen with all standard appliances to include a keurig coffee machine, rice cooker,. Front load washer and dryer, cozy front porch that allows you to see an awesome view of both moon and sun. On occasion you will hear the train pass through as it is heard throughout the city. There is a ring doorbell (with camera) by the front door, there are security camera’s on side of house and by back door. No smoking, No pets and No parties allowed. Within 5-8 minutes drive to the Public Library , the Local hospital and restaurants. Interstate 24 and 65 are about 15 min drive which allows easy access to Clarksville, Nashville, TN or Fort Campbell, Ky.
