I stay at Village inn 1-3 times a year and usually stay between 3-8 days. Every time I’ve stayed I have had wonderful experiences with the housekeeping and other staff members except Anna.
For some reason Anna always feels the need to change her tone and be unfriendly when I approach the front desk with my two kids.
During my last visit Anna was at the front desk, I went to check in and another customer was ahead of me. Said customer requested very loudly to be moved as far as possible from “the kids” then proceeded to look at my kids and Anna verbally agreed with her.
During my most recent trip, I had a wonderful conversation with the front desk receptionist and was glad to not have Anna. On my last hotel day I decided to extend my trip and when I went to the front desk I was met by Anna who was extremely rude, just stared at my kids the entire time I tried speaking to her and didn’t acknowledge anything I said and had a blank stare as if my children were causing a problem by just sitting in the chairs for guests.
I love staying at Village inn but Anna is unpleasant.
