The room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.

Very good hotel, walking distance to restaurants and Woolworths supermarket and Queen street shopping mall. Can easy walk to central station as well as bus terminal. Highly recommended

Very clean, excellent coffee facilities and lovely staff. On entering the hotel through a locked door we felt uncomfortable. There were rules after rules and then only 1 key handed to us. We didn’t ask for another so we don’t know if there would because charge. The cafe on the premises is open every day except Saturday and we were there on a Saturday. $20 taxi to Southbank or a 30 minute walk. It was a very basic overpriced room.

The hotel kettle and toaster is a little bit dirty, and the still has some cigarette butts at the balcony.But the space is pretty big so maybe not bad overall.

The staff as always were pleasant and courteous. The meals were yummy. This time we both had lamb shanks. Disappointed that the bed base made cracking noises and the lounge chair had a tear.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, only ten minutes' walk to Queen Street. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are easy to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking.

TTIMPOHThe hotel looks pretty good and new, and it took around 75 minutes from Gatton to this hotel via a private car and costs us A$189. Hotel room in good size and conformable upon we checked in. Location is centralized and easily accessed to plenty of nearby cafes and shops. Value for money and definitely highly recommended if we back to brisbane next trip.

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

It dawned on me, what really sets a hotel above others, & I have concluded . . . genuine hospitality (with a special mention to Brody) whom epitomises genuine hospitality. After a long night of travel arriving late (due to unforeseen circumstances), Brody was so lovely. She felt more like an old friend than staff. She went above & beyond to meet our needs & sets this beautifully designed & artfully styled hotel apart from the others. The hotel offers beautiful all day little snacks such as freshly baked cookies, muffins, shortbread, and much more. ☺️

JJonjoThe location is great and there are side roads nearby which are easy to park. It’s free to park during weekends while hotel may charge you 20 or 25 bucks per night. The facility is quite old but most of them in good maintenance. However, our bathroom’s plumbing system didn’t work well and it caused the water from shower sticker inside. They changed our room at 2nd night.

KKarelleRequested bath tub - no luck with that. Room was average. Parking was easy, breakfast was good but love to see it stepped up a little, food was average. Maybe a fresh orange juice machine? Bar was great, staff there wonderful… food at bar excellent. Pool lovely, gym excellent. One lift was out of order. 1 towel each provided, no extra blankets or pillows in the room and the AC was chilly so little cold during the night. Room service was excellent and reasonable price. Would stay again if another deal came up

GGuest UserA two-bedroom suite booked by a family of three. The room is on the second floor. Each room has a bathroom, a living room, an open kitchen and simple kitchen utensils. The apartment has nine floors in total. This loft room is on the ninth floor, and there is an open-air space on the second floor. swimming pool. The location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the river. You can take a free kitty cat tour. You can reach the botanical garden in about twenty minutes. It's also a ten-minute walk to the City Hall (City Hall).
