Amazing hotel in Brisbane city to stay with a convenient location close to everything, and professional service from their friendly staff! The gentleman named Ray at reception is amazing! We finished our city walk in just one day by his informative and useful tips with pleasant memory and nice photos I would definitely choose soho again if I have chance to visit Brisbane 👍

Clean, small room up the slop of the road. However, there is NO lift for this accomodation and if you are placed on upper floors and have big or heavy luggage, you will have to carry each pieces of the luggage up and down from ground floor to the upper levels. There is also no assistance.

I recently stayed at the Soho Hotel Brisbane from January 3rd to January 4th, 2024, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process went smoothly; the staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities. Overall, it was a delightful stay at the Soho Hotel Brisbane.

The location was superb, very close to Roma street station, easy to get around. There was no noise made while we stayed, however the walls are not noise-proof. Overall, awesome location, pleasant communication, very good deal for the price. Recommended!

The Soho Hotel in Brisbane is definitely great value for what you pay. The rooms might be a bit small, but they've got everything you need: a fridge, desk, comfy bed, and a decent bathroom. It's also nice and quiet. Having the free city bus right outside is a huge plus. No lift, which was a bit of a hassle for me with my back issue, but that's on me to check next time. The hosts are top-notch – super friendly and welcoming, probably the best we've met during our three months of travel. Considering the price, you're getting a lot for your money here.

Facility was much smaller and older than I had expected

Perfect hotel in the heart of Brisbane. Was reasonable price and could even check in earlier. But the aircon must be improved! It's so weak on a warm day I still feel hot most of the time.

Perfect location close to the train station and everything! Balcony was nice to have and the staff was so friendly at the check in. Free parking as well. We'll come back again.

This is a 100% robbery case😰😰😰. I don't think this piece of junk is a hotel. They just took money from guests and refuse check-in. The owner claimed because they have small disclaimer saying there is no way to do check-in after 6:00 pm local time. It means the time that you go to brisbane totally depends on this junk schedule, not your flight not your own traveling agenda. I hope my worst ever experience can wake all of you up🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. 这典型的是个强盗酒店，大家一定要注意⚠️: 客人没有入住，携程也提前联系了酒店，但酒店活脱脱吃掉客人的入住费用（一分不退），然后还拒绝入住（说前台没有人了）。请大家以后一定要擦亮你们的眼睛👀。
