Scenic location and convenient for Centro. Older hotel but clean. Was great for our one night stay, passing through. Breakfast good. Staff good. Not sure what parking options are like in peak season.

La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata purtroppo negativa. Ho trovato peli di gatto in giro per tutto l’hotel perché ci sono due gatti che vivono sui divani nella “hall”, il che è inaccettabile per una struttura che dovrebbe garantire standard di pulizia. Questo è particolarmente problematico per chi, come me, è un soggetto allergico. È davvero importante segnalarlo, poiché potrebbe rovinare il soggiorno di altre persone. Peccato, perché l’hotel è situato in una posizione centrale e avrebbe molto potenziale. Le stanze sono datate e andrebbe fatta una ristrutturazione generale.

Erano anni che desideravo pernottare qui e finalmente ne ho avuta l'occasione .Questo posto è una vera chicca con poche camere !!certo all'interno avrebbe bisogno di alcuni ritocchini ma la sua aria un pò demodè io l'ho adorata.La grande finestra con vista sul ponte è bellissima .La struttura è tutta sfalzata in vari piani a cui si accede tramite una grande scala .Ogni ambiente profuma di storia e bella gente.Ho trovato però nel bagno (sembrava ristrutturato di recente )una vasca da bagno ...secondo me dovrebbe essere sostituita da una bella, pratica doccia.La governante e il direttore squisiti.Torneremo si sicuro

Hotel dallo charme incredibile, camere con vista sul ponte delle due torri, la migliore di Spoleto. Grandi artisti che hanno soggiornato in questo hotel dall’arredo autentico ed elegante, molto meglio di qualsiasi hotel moderno e senz’anima. Ottima prima colazione e personale gentilissimo. Un unicum dal grande rapporto qualità prezzo.

Diese Hotel ist ein Erlebnis. Du fühlst Dich in die 60er Jahre zurückversetzt. Alles hat Stil und Kultur. Nur Banausen meinen, man solle es renovieren. Ich möchte jedem, der an Architektur und Innenarchitektur interessiert ist, dieses Hotel empfehlen. Luchini Visconti, Britt Ekland, Roman Polanski nur um einige zu nennen, die hier übernachteten.

Posizione magnifica, hotel su più piani adagiato sulla collina sotto la rocca. Comodissimo per visitare la città. Staff disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostro quesito. Camere un po' magiche e fuori tempo, con arredamento storico e vista mozzafiato. Bello spazio colazione, nei periodi più caldi penso si possa stare in un bello spazio all'esterno. Torneremo. P.s. ci si può arrivare in auto (se non avete timore delle stradine strette!)

Weekend di novembre, prima volta a Spoleto e soggiorno in questo posto carico di storia, natura e fascino! L'albergo è semplicemente meraviglioso, la vista dalle grandi finestre è stupefacente a qualunque ora del giorno, ma l'atmosfera dell'albergo completa la cornice. Arredamento caldo e accogliente, parquet ovunque , camere spaziose e comode e la cosa che si nota subito è la pulizia impeccabile . L'albergo si disloca in uno dei punti più suggestivi della città. Gentilezza e professionalità sono di casa. La colazione viene servita scendendo due piani rispetto alla reception, ogni angolo dell'hotel è curato e la sala colazioni si affaccia su un giardino da cui poter continuare ad ammirare il paesaggio. La colazione è normale, non eccelsa, ma offre di tutto, dolce e salato, di certo non ci si alza con la fame. Insomma un weekend meraviglioso a Spoleto ma di certo il valore aggiunto lo dà proprio l'hotel Gattapone!

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel, un pochino datato ma pulito. Personale gentile ed efficiente, possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto, buona posizione anche se non centralissimo. Uniche pecche il letto troppo duro, il bagno senza doccia, la presenza di scale per raggiungere camere e sala colazione. Migliorerei la colazione, un pochino scarsa e con poca scelta...

Il Gattapone è stato ed è sicuramente un Hotel storico di grandissimo charme e innegabile fascino. Però dovrebbero davvero dargli una svecchiata. I letti sono davvero SCOMODISSIMI idem per i cuscini, sottilissimi, vetusti, con le pallette di lana che si conficcano nella testa. Il radiatore avrà 50 anni. Fa un RUMORE INFERNALE impedendo di dormire. Non c’è il room service. Shampoo e balsamo in bustine di plastica di pessima anzi infima qualità. Il televisore piccolissimo appoggiato sopra al Minibar posto fuori dalla stanza. Praticamente si sarebbe dovuto vedere stando fuori dalla camera in piedi!!! Non ci sono ASSOLUTAMENTE gli standard per un 4 stelle. Peccato perché la posizione e la vista così come la sua storia sono davvero unici.
