We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible.

Property was not as described. Exterminator was spraying when we got there. An employee barged into our room unannounced. Property in bad part of town.

The toilet ran all night - had to shut the water off. The bedspread was dirty and cob webs in the room. There was no tea at all and I do not drink coffee. The staff were friendly

I trusted the Wyndham brand but never again! We aren't smokers but our room had clearly been used last by a smoker and yes, two days after leaving our clothes still smell like smoke. We asked for another room but there weren't any. Avoid 109 if you aren't a smoker- and if you are a smoker, well you know what room to request. And note that this hotel is bordered by a freeway and a busy 4 lane freeway onramp access road. It's very noisy. And a final petty note: the soap bar was so small and thin I could see thru it! Bring your own soap if you plan to stay more than a night. The area surrounding the hotel is mostly car showrooms so don't expect to find a cup of coffee nearby- it's also a little sketchy.

ran out of coffee for the rooms, toilet tank wouldn't fill with water unless you put the rubber cover over the hole, and I think that an extra lamp should be put on the desk it was a little dark sitting there unless you opened the curtain all the way. Staff was really nice.

Overall the hotel wasn’t bad. Our room did have a distinct oder and by just looking around it wasn’t the cleanest room. The curtains had crusty stuff in the folds. The bathroom door was kind of dirty. We did get to check in early so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it. But the smell was unpleasant. Every now again our room would start smelling like cigarette smoke. It right next to the freeway but road sounds weren’t terrible. Staff was friendly and nice. Looks like recently remodeled.

Our room was on the main floor and you could hear everything from the parking lot and the lobby/dining area. I asked to change rooms because I felt incredibly unsafe with people able to walk past the sliding door that only had the one basic lock. There were someone else’s socks left in the closet and when my daughter attempted to hang up her soccer jersey the hook fell out of the wall. Clearly this was previously broken and shoved back into the wall to make it look unbroken. The shower had dust on the top ledge and moldy caulking and the vent in the bathroom was also covered in dust. I attempted to find a different hotel but most were booked for the night so we had no other choice but to stay. Breakfast was ok. I had to ask 3 different times for items to be restocked. And the juice options were jugs of juice that were opened and poured by the customers, not single serve. I would never stay here again. I’m not sure how they have such a good rating.

Very clean. Can see the owners have taken pride in some detail. Only negative issue is stopped up sink. I'll leave note so you know.
