I’m very satisfied over all. Considering the location, it took 30min by walk from the city center area, the price was very economic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and managed me to do early check out. There was a small guide of sightseeing in the room with all the information I need and it helped me to do plan a lot.

No Tv, No free Soap and Shampoos you need to buy it or bring your own. No Hangers available where you can hang your clothes.Otherwise the Hotel is situated just a few meters from the bus station

Clean rooms, friendly staff, we had everything we needed. Very pleasant stay!

Bit far from centre. Good for friends trying to find cheap stays

숙소 자체는 너무 청결하고 편하고 적당하게 크고 좋았습니다. 학교 숙소를 개조한만큼 책상 이런것들이 잘 되어있었고 건물이랑 숙소 내부가 정말 깨끗했어요. 숙소 뷰도 좋아요 침대가 일인용 침대가 일자로 되어있어서 커플분들에게는 별로일수 있을거 같네용 다른건 다 좋은데 위치가 조금 별로이긴합니당 시내까지 우버타고 이동했는데 대략 45쿠나(편도) 정도 됩니다. 그래도 그닥 멀지는 않아서 괜찮았습니다

Booked this place over on *********** on which it does not specify that these rooms are student accommodation. Extremely expensive for what you get. My friend and I were there for six days, we did not get new towels, there were no shampoos, no lamps in the room, we couldn't close the blinds fully because they had installed some kind of air con in the room. While we were there the floor under us was packed with a 6 grade school trip so all we could hear were kids screaming, they would also play in the fire escape and elevators in which case we could never get down to the lobby area. Not to mention how far away from town this is, way too overpriced and rude.

Abbiamo soggiornato 9/10 giorni. Quindi potremmo realmente dire la nostra su vari aspetti. Nonostante l’immensità della struttura, grande, abbastanza tranquillo il contesto. Appartamento che veniva pulito soltanto se detto. Noi che teniamo realmente la pulizia, doveva arrangiarci da soli. Senza manco una paletta in camera. La struttura è veramente organizzata sul piano ( giovani ) campi di calcio, basket e tanto altro, anche alla reception come macchinette da caffè e Wi-Fi. Il prezzo è abbastanza allettante. Personale gentile Solo un po’ fastidioso ad arrivarci ogni volta al rientro per la distanza e il parcheggio.

Buona soluzione per visitare la città di Spalato. Trattasi di un Campus universitario con molte camere, pulite ed accoglienti. Parcheggio pubblico piuttosto piccolo. Posto tranquillo. Colazione a self service non mancava nulla, sia dolce che salata. Consigliato anche per la vicinanza alla città vecchia, circa 2,5 km a piedi. Simpatica l'idea di regalare agli ospiti la calamita di Spalato. Ottima l'idea di utilizzare questo Campus come alloggio per turisti. Bravi

Dista 3 km a piedi dal centro e fa parte del campus universitario Trovato facilmente grazie a Google maps Receptionist gentili e rapide Ho dormito in una camera superior doppia uso singola con bagno privato , frigo e aria condizionata per pochi euro , e consumato pranzo e cena alla mensa del campus per €10 Parcheggio gratuito Visti i prezzi in centro una ottima alternativa Camera pulitissima con asciugamani phon e dispenser sapone

Einfach aber sauber. Großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Studentenatmosphäre, aber sehr sympathisch. Parkplatz kostenlos vorm Haus. Bushaltestellen zur Stadtmitte sehr nah. Sehr freundliches Personal, schnelle Antwort auf meine Fragen.
