Excellent villa that provides guests will all necessary accommodations plus some extras that made our stay elevated. Comfort of the apartments that equipped with all necessary details made us feel like at home, beautiful interior and exterior, peaceful terrace with a mountain or garden and sea view were created with so much love and care for guests. We loved every day we stayed at this villa. When we travel, we enjoy local foods shopping and eating not only in the restaurants, we love learning the culture through local foods and product, having a grill house in this Villa is perfect addition for our stay, for we could grill fresh catch with maximum convenience!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The apartment was brand new, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is great—easily accessible and peaceful, with free parking on-site. There’s a lovely pool for both relaxation and fun, and a beautiful garden with a BBQ area that’s perfect for summer evenings. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing vacation!

Disappointed is a understatement! We booked to stay here in February to have our booking changed 2 days before we were due to stay last week. Was told breakdown now wasnt included and that we can cancel, Mario was very sympathetic to our situation but had to book elsewhere and had no choice but to leave this review!

I booked 5 rooms for 14 guests for my sisters hen party, and cannot fault it! Mario was so helpful and kind, messaging us before booking taxis to and from the airport and a place for lunch on the day we arrived. 3 of our rooms were ready when we arrived (which was before check in) and he allowed us to go in! By the time we went to lunch at a restaurant he recommended the other 2 rooms were ready. We had garden view, deluxe apartments and penthouse apartments, and all were amazing! Very clean and spacious. The pool area was lovely and lots of sun beds. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. The hotel hasn’t got much around it but we did walk 10mins to the shop and 20mins to restaurant but we got ubers to and from split which took 10-20 mins and were so cheap and easy to get! Would definitely return and can’t thank Mario enough for making our stay so amazing!

Klara is a lovely place to stay. We had a penthouse apartment; lots of room, comfortable bed and nice kitchen with all necessary supplies. Super clean and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with many varieties. Free safe parking in the yard. Mario is a brilliant host, extremely friendly and helpful with superb communication. Great guy! There are lots of shops nearby, even two shopping malls. The location is a bit far from Split center, so maybe it is good to have a car. Anyway, also Uber is easily available and the price is very reasonable. Using it would be a good idea since parking in Split can turn into nightmare. All in all, Klara is a top choice when looking for a place to stay in Split.

Mario is SO nice and helpful, he texted us his recommendations of different beaches. The apartment is nice, clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The garden is beautiful and relaxing, nice view and pool. Breakfast has all you want and is homemade.👌🏻 It’s 10 min by taxi to Split and cost about 40 kuna with Uber. We would recommend this Hotel to all of our friends.

These villa apartments are fabulous, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, ours had a kitchen which had all the amenities you could possibly need. Great bathroom with excellent shower, plenty of hot water. The grounds are beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast is included and offers an excellent range from bacon eggs etc and a great selection of cereal, pastries, coffee tea,juice etc. Mario is an excellent host, friendly and welcoming- goes the extra mile. The location is 10 mins by taxi to old town split and a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle! Top tip - use Uber to get around as quick and cheap ! Average cost of £6.50 from villa apartments to Split. Local taxis cost far more. We made mistake of getting taxi at airport to get here was charged over double the Uber rate !

Très bien pour 2 personnes Mais notre fille a dormi sur un canapé lit peu confortable dans la pièce principale qui était très mal insonorisée (bruit de l’autoroute à proximité et bruit des voisins Le Petit dej était parfait et l’Accueil impeccable

Superbe accueil de la part de Mario. L'appartement correspond à l'attendu, propre, bien équipé et suffisamment vaste. Parking et piscine. Petit déjeuner très correct. Situé à environ 15'de la vieille ville et 25' de l'aéroport.
