It's just a small family hotel. I don't know where it got 4 stars. The house is not soundproof, the breakfast is average, there was a fly flying in the room, and it was still there when I left in the morning. Checking out at 11 o'clock is unreasonable.

The room does not have a sea view.
This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances.
The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem.
The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff.
It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town.
The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue.
I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside.
If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate
The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily.
The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it.
The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily.
The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use.
Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.

We loved the rooftop suite deck. There was no living room or kitchen but the morning breakfast was phenomenal and the place was very clean and safe. The staff was outstanding!!! Proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery was great.

Good location with easy 20 minute walk to the historic sites. Wonderful, helpful staff that accommodated our parking needs so that we didn’t have to mess with parking near the downtown area. Nice apartments with plenty of room. Excellent breakfast! Very happy with our experience.

We stayed in low season at the end of May for 4 nights with 2 other couples - the hotel is very pleasant and in a great location. Staff are polite and helpful and hotel is clean and tidy with comfortable beds and clean rooms - room AC had us chilly but guessing in the summer this will be most welcome. Breakfast was a treat every day with good hot and cold choices. We stayed in Room 13 which has the most awkward shower arrangement which made life interesting at times and the floor rather wet - thankfully we had an abundance of towels which were needed to mop this up. The hotel did not have a bar but rooms had fridges and there was a spar close by - the desk staff advised us they had no issue with us using the hotel services ( seats, glasses, etc) and we had a few drinks with our friends on a couple of evenings. Not sure if bar opens up during peak season but the beer was cold, we got to pick the wine and were happy enough (and saved a few €€). The pool and outside areas were clean and for those brave enough the pool was very refreshing - think we were the only guests keen enough to test it in late May. Walk to old town is a gentle 15 min stroll and there are plenty of buses. Split has plenty to offer and the Boban suites served us well.

sehr freundlicher Empfang, äußerst hilfsbereite Rezeption, Auto durfte den ganzen Aufenthalt gratis am Hotelparkplatz stehen, Zimmer im 3. Stock mit Lift in Richtung Meer und eines in Richtung Garten, eigentlich Tennisplatz. Meerblick trotz 3. Stock eher bescheiden, es ist doch ein Stück hin. Tennisplatz naturgemäß etwas laut. Restaurant war nicht offen, an der Ecke war eines, wo eher Einheimische drin waren. Wir gingen immer in die Kanoba Barkarole am Hafen, sehr zu empfehlen! Die Zimmer dürften alle unterschiedlich eingerichtet sein, es war aber alles denkbare vorhanden, Kühlschrank, Fön, Bademantel, Slipper, Gels,großer Balkon,... Wir hatten auch eine Suite im 3. Stock mit Meerblick gebucht. Im 4. Stock würde es offenbar noch komfortablere Zimmer mit Terrasse geben, war aber nicht nötig! Frühstück sehr vielfältig, herrliche Croissants! Da wir an einem Tag sehr früh einen Ausflug gebucht hatten, wurde extra das Frühstück schon früher gerichtet! Supermarkt Spar in Gehweite, Gläser konnten wir ausborgen. Nett zu sitzen auch auf der Terrasse. Vielen Dank für die super Gastfreundschaft!
