Boban Luxury Suites

Great little hotel. Lovely staff.

The room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.

海景房不錯

I stayed at the end of August for a girls trip for my friends birthday. We had 2 x 2 Bed Suites which were fine for us. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. However, the word "luxury" should not be referred to at this property and also whoever graded the property as 4star clearly doesn't work in the travel industry! The "designer" pool was small, freezing cold and in the shade from 3pm onwards but Ok for a couple of hours earlier in the day in the sunshine. The location is good, about 15-20min walk into the Old town and 5min from a local beach made of concrete. If you go the other way about 15mins you come across Mistral Beach which is much more comfortable, run by Radisson Blu and worth the extra money for a sunbed, umbrella, towel and a nicer beach, toilets, restaurant etc. Breakfast was interesting, some nice chilled items, but "hot" items came from the kitchen and then sat on a cold plate. One day we spotted a loaf of bread that had sat out for 4 days and had gone mouldy! When I raised this, the guy said, oh its been opened. I have never come across mouldy bread in the breakfast room in my life. Anyway, would I stay again? No, but it was fine for what we needed, we were out all day on all days of our trip so was only here to sleep and shower and thats about it.

We had a lovely time at Boban Luxury Suites. We stayed 7 days. We were with our relatives including 2 young boys. From the time we arrived the staff were just so welcoming, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a lift which was perfect for us. It overlooked the tennis courts on one side. My husband enjoyed watching the games. A taxi into the old town was around 5 euros. The sea a few minutes walk through the tennis club. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a spar. The hotel are happy for you to buy food at spar and eat on their terrace using their plates etc. I especially loved how intimate the hotel felt. It had been nicely designed and even when full there was space on the sunloungers and at breakfast. We would definitely return.
