The walls of the room are made of stone and have a long history. The room is small but comfortable, with coffee and a kettle provided. The shower room is small, but you can listen to music while taking a shower. The biggest advantage of this hotel is not the room itself but the location. It is very close to Diocletian's Palace, Riva Avenue, and the island hopping pier. It is also not far from the bus station and can be reached on foot. The BBQ restaurant Bakra at the alley on the left side of the entrance has very good food and you often have to wait for a table at night.

Rated four stars but more like two. Convenient location near the ferry port and train station. Right beside the train station though so noisy. It’s like an airbnb business with some apartments near a central reception with a small space for breakfast. Rooms haven’t been decorated since the 90s I’d guess and our bathroom is weird, with the neighbours having a good view of the toilet, even when the I’ll fitting blind is pulled. You don’t even fit on the loo because of the positioning of it. There is a kettle but the only coffee that is provided is the rancid 3-in-1 sugar cream mix from Lidl that tastes like a child’s drink. The towels are threadbare, the ac noisy and the tv just buffers. Croatia is expensive but this just isn’t worth the money and seriously overrated.

Perfect location and perfect accommodation.
The accommodation was perfect and the service and people associated with this accommodation are amazing. It is in the best location within walking distance to the beautiful parts of Split. Though very prompt with their communication and everything was perfect.

Cash Only
Very nice and modern room less then a 10 minute walk to the Promenade. The rooms are actually in a different location about 5 minutes from where you check in
We found out at checkin that they only accept CASH for their rooms, no credit cards.
If you do not have the cash on hand they direct you to the ATM machine outside their door that charges 19.9% conversion fee.

I recommend this place.
Very cozy and beautiful room, well located near the harbor and the old town. Friendly staff. Walking distance to everything.
