AAnonymous UserAfter getting out of the airport, take the bus and arrive at the entrance of the hotel very quickly. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the environment is good, the facilities are complete, there is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat, and there is a McDonald's nearby. It is a good choice to stay here for the first night after getting off the plane

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in Heathrow Terminal 4 which is assessable by free shuttle train / free bus. the free shuttle train takes at least 30 minutes to travel from/ to Terminal 3. Also, it operates only from around 5:45 in the morning so you need to take the free bus which takes even longer

GGuest UserStayed here a night before a departure from Heathrow T5. The location is excellent, easy to get to by road from the M25 and plenty of parking. The hotel on the outside looked a somewhat run down affair but internally, although it was a little bit tired in places, was certainly clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the restaurant, served up fresh to order and a nice size bar area to relax in was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and set us up well for our travels. Access to T5 is by the automatic pod service (cost £8.00) which is accessible from a collection point a few minutes walk (flat ie no steps or lifts) from the hotel, this is a 10min, extremely convenient ride straight to T5.
