PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay.
Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room is well-equipped and comfortable. The room is of a good size with good soundproofing and a pleasant view. The subway station is conveniently located downstairs, and the bustling La Defense business district is just a short walk away. The Eiffel Tower is clearly visible through the window, and the rich breakfast provided every morning is very satisfying. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و✧*｡

First of all, the hotel staff was always, 24h/7days a week nice and kind. We felt that we’ll always get any help and all answers.
Secondly, the room was very, extremely clean. The room has everything you need, including kitchen, dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and so on. Also, all the kitchen utensils was new or almost new, it’s equipped with 3 pots different sizes, really good (with new coating) pan good size, and so on.
Thirdly, the location is really good - you are near grocery stores, bakeries, subway station. We needed to get via taxi from the hotel through all Paris to get to the train, and we never saw traffic jam at 7:00-7:30, which we were afraid of.
And I’d like to keep your attention that on reception the hotel has a cafe, where you can order pizza or pasta or coffee at low price (in Paris’ cafes it cost 2x then in hotel) and cafe is open 24/7.
Our accommodation was really awesome, we definitely will stay there every time we’ll be in Paris.

HHafiz805Pros- Room was spacious compare to any other hotel in Paris. Convenience for a family of four. A few metro stations away from Paris around 15-20min journey. The nearest metro station, Esplanade Metro is just 5 minutes walk from the lobby and cost around €2.10 for a single trip to Paris- charles de gaule etoile, auber and etc.
Cons- if you are booking Uber/ Bolt, make sure to select Ibis Hotel or Novotel Hotel La Defense. A few drivers have difficulties to find this hotel entrance.

MMaxiaoliNice cosy hotel with perfect location: very close to business towers. Room is extremely small (which is typical for Paris as I understand),but very warm, clean and well equipped. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, especially Sabrina at the front desk, she speaks good English and helped me a lot.

Basic unit with separate bath and shower, decent size living and kitchenette which unfortunately are not doing any cooking. Breakfast spread seem to be the same throughout will be nice to have variant especially since we are putting up for 5 nights

MMiss AdolaThe decoration is nice and the room is big. The service attitude is very good. There is a large space on the first floor for meetings, office work, and solitude. The room has a kitchen and tableware, but there is no pot to cook and cook, so you have to prepare it yourself. AAtahualpaEl lugar estuvo bien, la cama cómoda, pero la tele en algún momento se trabó y no se podía apagar ni desconectar. Lo cual era un problema por la luz que emitía. El servicio la primera noche estuvo bien, pero la segunda uno tenía que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que alguien apareciera en la recepción. Un poco desesperante y problemático si uno tiene prisa.
La Ubicación es regular, pero acorde al precio, así que en ese sentido no tengo queja real.
