MMark GBRIt’s good. The rooms seem a little dated but ok. We’d stay here again, nearby there are some great places to eat, close to the East station and it’s a well done hotel. The baggage service and room service was very good. The front desk can smile more; it seemed an effort to give me a second room key. Also the question of “will you keep your room key or give it to us if you go out?” This is just weird. Recommend the hotpot chicken 200m away, very good.

SSuldbilegWe have stayed here for 4 days we were traveling for alot of days and we washed our clothes here but our clothes came out with a very bad smell and they washed our clothes for us again but the smell was still bad.Because we washed our clothes many time our clothes lost it color .And they sprayed with a different kind of scent

SShan LeiTianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised that Cangzhou had such a good hotel. The hotel is in a very good location. Next to it is the creative park renovated from the old chemical factory. The Grand Canal Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum can be reached by foot. The hotel is magnificent, the interior is magnificent, and the furnishings are magnificent. The best thing is that the service from the front desk, room to restaurant of the hotel is very enthusiastic. The young man Xiao Wang at the front desk delivered our luggage to the room, and patiently introduced the hotel's service facilities, the tours around the hotel, and the local food in great detail. Dinner was at the Guifan Garden of the hotel, and we had very authentic specialties. The restaurant's supervisor Wang is enthusiastic, capable, and comfortable in her service style. The efficiency of handling the temporary check-out in advance made us praise the hotel's super value experience! We will choose Cangzhou Grand Canal Guest House again!

AAnonymous UserService: The hotel's service is enthusiastic, very thoughtful and meticulous, and you can feel the hotel's professional training. Wang Xiaorong and Yang Jie at the front desk are very efficient! Also free late check-out until 14:00 pm. Cleanliness: The guest room is large in size, and the waiter cleans it very well, and also provides fruits and snacks. Very heartwarming Facilities: Although some are a bit old, they are fully equipped. And the service staff made me feel warm and at home, which is not so important! Environment: The environment is elegant and the lobby is clean and tidy. There is also a tea and snack area that can be used for free. Location: Less than 10 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station and 5 minutes' walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. It’s really convenient and the first choice for business trips!

GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel for the May Day trip, especially when other B&Bs and hotels have doubled or tripled their prices, the cost-effectiveness of this hotel's facilities and services is simply touching. The twin rooms are all 1.35 meters, large and comfortable, with two kinds of pillows to choose from. The afternoon tea, supper and breakfast are very heartwarming and rich in variety. The shower room in the room has background music, which makes people relax. Parking is also convenient. The meals in the western restaurant are also very affordable, but unfortunately I don't have time to taste them. Treasure hotel!

The staff is warm and friendly, always maintaining a professional attitude and efficient service from check-in to check-out. They always respond in the first place and try their best to meet whatever your needs. The hotel's dining is also impressive. The restaurant has an elegant environment, rich and varied dishes and excellent taste. Whether it is a rich choice for breakfast or a fine meal, you can taste delicious and satisfying.
