Rooms 221 and 223 had bed bugs. I traveled 2 half hours to get rest for my daughters state wrestling tournament in spring field. With a total of 5 with me. Clerk on the night shift was sweet and understanding. The first room 221 had one bed bug on the baseboard, which I immediately went back down stairs to let her know. Her being sweet I’ve ask for a different room which, in fact, she granted me. I was able to go to the second room which was 223. Also, in there was bed
Bugs. I had to leave the night of. I could not stay there knowing had I stayed, I would have taken some home. Very clean rooms, but I could not stay the 2 nights I paid for. You guys definitely need to be inspected around the entire building.

clean, friendly staff. The pillows and bed are really not all that comfortable, but it is clean and the staff is friendly. The walls are very thin, can hear everything, so it is rather noisy.

The first room we attempted to occupy on January 23, 2024 had problems. One the smoke detector was covered. Number two the TV r e mote was not working. Your desk employee changed battery (didn't fix it) replaced it with 2 others. None work! Finally changed rooms.

Stayed 4 nights, they never cleaned my room. The hotel seemed run down. I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I’m in town over the last 5 plus years. Rethinking in the future

Very clean was easy to check in the only thing that we didn’t like was we couldn’t pay cash I had left my debit card at home by accident so my girlfriend had to use her card. But other wise a great place to stay
