This booking is a total rip-off from the beginning to end. 1.Make sure you have free cancelation because you will surely use it. 2. Just know that there are extensive hidden fees including paying for paddle boarding, scuba diving, etc whether you use them or not all guest are required to pay at the end amongst other things. 3.Customer Service was horrific from beginning to end starting with long check in wait times without any acknowledgement also don't expect them to initially fill you in on the astronomical fees that they tack on in the end.Also, upon finding out they placed me on a ground level floor facing all the foot traffic opposite of any ocean or scenic views, I was promised a room change the following day which never happened for the duration of my stay. 4. Room service surprisingly came to my room at 8pm inquiring about service which was bizarre. 5.Food is insanely expensive including room servic delivery. I paid almost $50 for a small sized pizza at the low end restaurant.Free Breakfast which was listed upon booking as well as on my receipt was anything but free so be where.They told me upon checkout it is only $80 but there is nowhere stating that information. One hostess at Salt shack told me it would would be a 20minute wait for breakfast or I can try a buffet upstairs but after walking in the hotsun upstairs there was no buffet or restaurant and so the 20 minute wait continued. 6.Overall hiddeen fees were were astronomical.This is a 2star rating at best.i hate that I chose this place for my stay it was a total rip off!

This place is a great spot for a relaxing getaway. The private beach is stunning and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The rooms are cute and cozy, with just the right mix of comfort and charm. There are plenty of amenities and fun activities to keep you busy during your stay. The pool is beautiful, and the staff around it are incredibly friendly. Wendy, the pool lead, was great—he is attentive and makes sure guests are well taken care of. The food at Sand Shack is good, but the service can be hit or miss. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal by the beach. Overall, the friendly staff, gorgeous setting, and relaxing vibe make this resort a solid choice for a laid-back vacation.

Fantastic Resort. Special thanks to Rafael (Bartender - Salt Shack) - try one of his own drinks….the Bumbu Banger - it should be on the menu. Right next to the Salt Shack is the Bouy Haus Tide Pool. Fantastic view and amenities. You will be well taken care of by Wendy (customer service leader at the Tide Pool). He made us feel as if we were the only ones at the resort. Quick shout out to Belton as well. Thank you to everyone at the Bouy Haus.
