We booked to stay here last minute due to the lovely weather and very reasonable mid week price for 2 nights. Rang ahead to see if we could park up early. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. Stayed in room 5 lovely big bay window. Room was clean with tea and coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed with 2 pillows each. The bathroom would benefit from a good mould and mildrew spray but apart from that no faults. Free parking . Having stayed to Southport a couple times a year I will gladly book here again.

Another great stay at this hotel. Staff are all really friendly and can't do enough for you. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotlessly clean. We had breakfast this time and it was made to order and delicious. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is more of a hostel than a hotel, stained ceilings, cobweb filled entrance, recieved keys via a key safe, strange smell throughout with an attempt to cover with air freshener. Very odd and tired decor within the room and entrance area,ill fitted fixtures and fitting, needed to wrestle the bathroom door open and closed as it was jammed and had a broken lock. Questionable clientele with us wondering if this place was being used as homeless accomodation. Serious requirement for soundproofing as could here drunken conversations and banging around until 5 am, also toilet flushing and water hammer (loud pipes) throughout the building could be heard day and night. We didn't risk breakfast so would be unable to comment on this! Location was OK with off road parking. We did not see any hosts until leaving we were not asked how our stay was just took the keys. You get what you pay for but don't waste your money here, we had the worst sleep ever due to other 'guests' noise and left feeling very grubby with several bites.

Warm welcome on arrival we were early but the kind gentleman said we were welcome to park . Room facing prom was warm and very clean lovely clean smell throughout. Ideal place to stay walking distance to shops and bars. Thank you we enjoyed our stay

We came as 2 couples and stayed for 2 nights while celebrating our friends birthday. Perfect location to all the bars and restaurants plus the beach. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, there were tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Second time we've stayed this year and will definitely be back.

Booked our break through Buy a Gift. Arrived early but we were allowed to park on site prior to checking in. Nice spacious room (1c) with good bathroom, looked freshly painted. Didn’t have breakfast but this was available for an additional fee. Hairdryer and additional tea bags & milk provided on request. Would stay again.
