We like Premier Inn because you know what to expect and the rooms are always comfortable and more than adequate for one or two nights. This particular hotel is in an excellent location but we found that our room on this occasion was a bit “outdated”. Still a pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. But perhaps the rooms would benefit from a makeover.

A great stay . We were 7 of us staying in 4 rooms attending a 40th birthday celebration locally.The rooms were very spacious and clean. A special mention to a Lady in the reception “Janet” most caring and hospitable person . I forgot to bring my iPhone charger but Janet was very kind and brought a box full of used charger to look through and we found one . We arrived an hour earlier than check in for 3 pm but she was very kind to keep our luggage behind reception till we check in and we had a drink in the bar. Great hospitality.

All around, amazing hotel and facilities, food, room, staff, cleanliness, I can't wait until August for my visit to Heathrow Premier Inn with my daughter to see Coldplay at Wembley stadium xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Great value. Perfect location, close to everything. Excellent free parking. Comy beds and a quiet hotel inside. Friendly staff. Restaurants close and attached if needed. Hood meal deals if you want. We use this inn regularly to visit friends in the area.

Lovely lady on Reception. Rooms were basic but lovely and clean. Comfy bed but pillows were on hard side please more squishier pillows please. Brewers fare joined on via Reception for Brekki and meals. Free parking on checking in. Lift available.

My sister had arranged a brief overnight visit to celebrate a recent birthday. We’ve stayed before and had enjoyed the experience. The rooms are basic -some better than others- but all have everything you need. Unfortunately going in January the visit was really less inviting because of how cold everywhere was. Our room heater took ages to heat up the small twin bedroom. We eventually went to sit in the bar to feel more comfortable. The hotel in on the front of Southport promenade. It was around 3 degrees outside and very cold. The double doors to the bar area were continually opening and closing to passing visitors. We kept moving to tables near to radiators and others did the same and left those facing the front windows to move further inwards. Then the radiators went cold. Why? It’s a cold winters day? Back to the room and under the ( thin) duvets with our clothes on and our coats on top of the covers. If you get chilled it’s very hard to regain warmth and although the staff were lovely and the breakfasts were amazing our visit was marred by being so cold. I even went down to our evening meal in the Brewers Fare and put my coat over my knees. Very disappointing.
