Great value. Perfect location, close to everything. Excellent free parking. Comy beds and a quiet hotel inside. Friendly staff. Restaurants close and attached if needed. Hood meal deals if you want. We use this inn regularly to visit friends in the area.

Booked in this premier inn as we have stayed here plenty of times before and its always been very clean and tidy, good location, The only reason this time I have not gave it 5 stars is because when I phoned over a week before arrival date and asked for a an amendment the lady on the phone was quite rude. WOULD I GO BACK.....YES

My sister had arranged a brief overnight visit to celebrate a recent birthday. We’ve stayed before and had enjoyed the experience. The rooms are basic -some better than others- but all have everything you need. Unfortunately going in January the visit was really less inviting because of how cold everywhere was. Our room heater took ages to heat up the small twin bedroom. We eventually went to sit in the bar to feel more comfortable. The hotel in on the front of Southport promenade. It was around 3 degrees outside and very cold. The double doors to the bar area were continually opening and closing to passing visitors. We kept moving to tables near to radiators and others did the same and left those facing the front windows to move further inwards. Then the radiators went cold. Why? It’s a cold winters day? Back to the room and under the ( thin) duvets with our clothes on and our coats on top of the covers. If you get chilled it’s very hard to regain warmth and although the staff were lovely and the breakfasts were amazing our visit was marred by being so cold. I even went down to our evening meal in the Brewers Fare and put my coat over my knees. Very disappointing.

A very relaxed enjoyable time. Perfect location so we wasn’t short of anything to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel cleanliness was spot on and a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the Brewers Fayre joined on to the Premier Inn.

Nice hotel,great location, lovely breakfast, not the best sleep due to the room being so warm,the thermostat was constantly 22*,we tried multiple times to turn it down but it wouldn't work, no tv in the pub restaurant neither so had to go to another pub to watch the football

A very comfortable bed and the room was as cool as I like a bedroom to be, but with easy controls to warm the room if I needed to. Premier Inn are generally regarded as a good quality budget hotel. I am used to staying at some very expensive hotels and I have to say that this Premier Inn ticked all the boxes and was first class for my needs
