What we like is that it's just walking distance to Flinders Street station and easy to go around to nearby restaurants and close to IGA grocery store. The location is easily accessible. What we don't like is that bath mat and non slip mat for the shower area should have been provided in the first place because these are considered necessities for safety reasons.

We stayed as we were going to see the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel had very thoughtfully left a few “gifts” which was very appreciated. Having never stayed in Melbourne before we found it super easy to navigate ourselves around

The old adage is true. You get what you pay for. It's a more affordable option but the building is very tired and needs a good renovation.

The hotel provided many more amenities than expected. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful. The unit was very clean and spacious. The hotel's location provided walkable access to Melbourne's many cultural and entertainment sites. This was my first visit to Melbourne and the Mantra Southbank provided an excellent opportunity to access all that Melbourne had to offer. The staff were also very friendly and professional. The experience was a highlight of my trip to Melbourne. I loved it. My thanks to everyone!

The two bedroom apartment was comfortable and roomy enough for 6 people. However we didn’t have enough cutlery or dishes for 6. Very helpful staff. Thank you.

Great property, Close to everything. A little expensive but was during the Australian open which is understandable. Great breakfast
