Booked this hotel as a birthday treat for myself, did mention in the notes that the stay was for my birthday and was greeted with a bottle of wine chocolates and a birthday card from the hotel and a stay in a really lovely room made my day.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The facilities exceeded our expectations – everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and beverages, everything was beautifully presented and replenished regularly. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily recommend this hotel to others!

Room was nice, but the adjoining rooms tv was very loud sadly. Breakfast was very tasty. Pool /Spa facilities needed some maintenance (jacuzzi and water fountains out of action)

Good spa area. Room is clean and cozy. Food is plenty and good. But price is very unstable, it can change from £210 down to £100 in 2hours and back again in few hours.

Hotel room was spacious but the bathroom definitely needs upgrades. But food from the restaurant was just blunt and pricey too.

Excellent location for cruisers.  Close to port and train station.   Service was lacking in the bar area and prices were crazy high but otherwise had a great stay and would stay again.

The hotel is centrally located close to cruise port. Within walking distance to mall supermarket and lots of restaurants. Room is big and clean.👍

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The staff members are exceptionally helpful and kind, making our anniversary truly memorable. Their genuine care and attention to detail towards guests exemplify exceptional hospitality. ❤️👍🏻 The front desk team, particularly Jimmy, was incredibly nice and charming.

Location is OK, about 12 minute walk from Southampton Central, and 10 minutes from main drag with bars/restaurants. Room is OK, but a little dated.

Lovely Hotel, great Value for money and very central for access all over the city. Friendly staff.
