Beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom home — 5 min from the beach! 20 percent for week

Labor Day Weekend Getaway Great experience. The house was clean and the location was perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful little getaway This property was just what my family and I were looking for. A quaint and quiet house with a small town feel. We stayed for NYE hoping to get away from the loud chaos we’re typically faced with at home and this location fit the bill. Pros: I’m not sure how this changes in the summer months but things were mostly quiet. There are restaurants, coffee, and food shopping all within a 5 minute drive. The home itself is pretty small, so for the 4 of us- husband, 17y/o, 9 y/o, and myself, it was perfect. The 2nd room with the bunkbed would be too small for adults (my 18y/o struggled). There’s a full functioning kitchen and TVs throughout. Check-in was as simple as can be. Joseph is extremely accommodating and responsive, allowing us to stay longer on our last day with no problems. Improvements: This home could’ve been cleaned better. The bathroom had some hair on the rug and sink, and the shower did not get nearly as warm as the faucets. When reaching out to Joseph about this, he expressed concern and thanked me for bringing it to his attention- advising that he will have someone look into this. There were some cobwebs throughout the corners and ceiling fans. We were also scrounging for paper towels or napkins, but will make a note to purchase or bring some in the future. Overall would I stay here again? Yes :)

Great location and stay! My family needed some extra space LDW as we had a bunch of friends visiting and it was perfect! We used all of the beds and the futon and it worked perfectly. The host was very communicative for anything we needed. Convenient location just off Montauk Hwy. I would recommend it.
