Very centrally located. Just beside the train station and with trams at the doorstep, as well as countless restaurants and shops within a short walk. Stayed two nights in a one-bedroom apartment which was cosy and comfortable, although cleanliness/maintenance was a concern: * Food left by previous guest still in fridge * Inside of microwave dirty (crumbs) * TV remote in bedroom missing a battery Beware that "queen bed" is actually 2 single beds pushed together, not suitable/comfortable for couples. Noise insulation also poor, could hear guests in neighboring apartments, not to mention slamming doors at all hours. On-site parking expensive at $35 per night, although this is probably standard for Melbourne. Reasonable value for the price paid, but cleanliness needs a major improvement.

Well equipped with washing machine and DRYER(!!!) in the room. Excellent service and view from balcony.

房間很大，有露台，視野瞭闊。廚房設備齊全，亦設有洗衣和乾衣機；浴室正如所料，須自備嗽口用品，拖鞋亦不會提供。晚上附近店鋪較少，在旁邊的地鐵站有一便利店，但不是長期開放。大約十分鐘步程有超市營業至閱上十二時。

ロケーションは駅から近いのでとても便利でした。線路がすぐそばでしたが、騒音は気になりませんでした。 サービスは、チェックインした際にサービス内容の、紙をもらった内容通りに掃除に来てくれなかった。 シャワールームは、埃があってあまり気持ち良いものではなかった。 窓はカーテンではなく、ロールカーテンだったふので中が外から丸見えでした。 アメニティは、歯ブラシとスリッパがなかったです。食器を洗う洗剤がなかったので電話をしたら、ロビーまで撮りに来るように言われた。お風呂上がりで寝巻きだったので翌朝取りに行った。

I prepaid two nights of parking but only used one night. Was told at check in and check out time that only will be charged as per actual usage. Later I never saw the refund of parking fee and was told they cannot remember such case. Welcome letter said everyday cleaning except weekend and full service at third day of stay. But third day no cleaning service at all and was told the letter was incorrect.

Pleasant stay at this property. Small problem with hot water rectified promptly

Location is handy. Right next to train station and tram stops. Apartment was very basic. Just the bare minimum provided. Bed was comfortable

Very close to public transport and local dining. Quiet room. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We stay here when visiting MEL, for work or family visit. Great area next to Train and Tram, easy access to city with many shops and restaurants near by. Reception staff are fantastic specially Patrick who assisted us.

Did not provide services during stay on Fri/sat/sun. Serviced apartment??

Side lamp didn’t work. Fire alarm hanging from a hole in the ceiling. Amenities worn. Bed was lumpy and the two halves didn’t meet.
