Silverstone

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were excellent so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and plentiful. Overall a very good stay. Thank you to all the staff they made our stay a warm and pleasant experience.

Joy, the lady on reception was absolutely superb! We checked in at about 11:30pm, after realising I booked a double room (but needed a twin) so she made the bed up and got us an extra towel. Because of her accommodating my mistake our stay was 10/10. Also, definitely worth mentioning the chap on breakfast, I didn't catch his name but he was very friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you! We stayed on the 29-30th January 2025 if that helps finding out who the breakfast chap was. Potentially Nigel but I'm not sure. Bed was comfy, as always and the breakfast was delicious.

I was lucky and had a bath in the room with gallons of hot water. The staff were friendly and the food and wine good choice with a bottle of challis at £27. The room was a little tired as carpets needed a change but great sleep and great location for Silverstone circuit

Came here for an event at silverstone so stayed over here night before. Not a fan of driving over the a49 to get to the hotel, but it is what it is. The receptionist was nice and friendly even at 10pm and after a long drive from up north. Room was a pretty good size, was one of the older style rooms but it all seemed in pretty good condition. Had no problem with the room at all, it doenst have air con but it was a cold winter day so didnt really matter. Had a good nights sleep and had a very nice breakfast in the small breakfast room in the morning. All staff was friendly and food was very nice. Overall a good stay usual premier inn standard even for a smaller hotel. Will stay again.

When we first got there the receptionist Soxy was very greating and throughout our stay very helpful in all needs, very professional and made our stay very welcome. The room which was very clean indeed and daily cleans were professional done. Kasia the Manager was also very nice when we spoke to her in the morning before breakfast. I would stay here again without a shadow of a doubt.

We were greeted at reception by Soxy who literally couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing first impressions remained throughout our stay as we spoke with Kasia the next morning and then sat down to a lovely breakfast. Comfy bed & the best pillows.
