Silverstone

When we first got there the receptionist Soxy was very greating and throughout our stay very helpful in all needs, very professional and made our stay very welcome. The room which was very clean indeed and daily cleans were professional done. Kasia the Manager was also very nice when we spoke to her in the morning before breakfast. I would stay here again without a shadow of a doubt.

We were greeted at reception by Soxy who literally couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing first impressions remained throughout our stay as we spoke with Kasia the next morning and then sat down to a lovely breakfast. Comfy bed & the best pillows.

I cannot fault them. The staff were helpful and welcoming the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only thing it is quite a pig to get to if you are coming north to south on the A43. You take your life in your hands trying to cross the northbound carriageway.

Good location for Silverstone Circuit. Bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness was poor and not what you would normally expect from a Premier Inn. Unfortunately, it was like this last year when we stayed so we had hoped it had improved...

Came from Newcastle for work. Great hotel & Susan is absolutely brilliant, goes above amd beyond to help you. Lovely clean hotel with lovely, friendly & polite staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you very much for such a lovely experience.

Just got back from a two night stay. We had lovely stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was on ground floor and clean & comfortable. Next to a busy road at times but we didn't really notice it with the window closed. Breakfast was great, good choice and cooked properly. Great location to Silverstone circuit which is where we were for most of the weekend. The Green Man pub next door was also great. Only thing I would say room could be improved on was to replace the soap dispenser as it was a little rusty. And the toilet needs a new seat. It wasn't loose from the fixing but must have been broken as the lid banged on the back every time you got up off the seat. But as a whole just little gripes. Would we stay again if in the area. Most definitely.
