Excellent service. Nice lobby. Clean room. Breakfast had a good spread. Had some issues with the electronics (service request kept switching on, room phone working intermittently) and the aircon controls were wonky (couldn’t adjust downwards easily).
Overall great stay but rooms could use some inspection on the electronics!

The hotel breakfast is very rich. If the price includes breakfast, you can order it in the restaurant or pick it up by yourself. I didn't eat all of them in 5 nights. (I didn't take photos in time, which is a bit regrettable)
The hotel room is very large and the sanitary conditions are very good. You don't even need to bring your own disposable items.
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Plaza Indonesia, the most luxurious business district in Indonesia. It is very convenient to take a taxi with Grab.
The quiet location in the bustling city and the comfortable living environment will make me choose it as my first choice next time I bring my children there.

Service: The service is very considerate, the live band in the bar is great, and the breakfast is very rich. Facilities: The balcony is sealed and the view is slightly below expectations; the gym facilities are very new and larger than expected. Overall, it is highly recommended.
